Our Membership Secretary G4ETG is focused on retaining current members whilst attracting new ones throughout the year.
HARS Club Membership Subscriptions
Annual Subscriptions fall on the 1st April each year and are set at each AGM before the due date, if you are a paid up member from the current year you will receive an email from the Membership Secretary who will advise you of any changes to the Subs cost before you pay.
Subs for 2025 -26 will remain at £12 for Individual Members and £18 for a Family Membership
If your new to the Club then email our Membership Secretary who will reply to you with the Membership document and Bank details.
Membership can be paid by BACS (our preferred method) please put your Callsign and 2025 in the Reference box before you press 'send'.
Please note as of Feb 26 we can no longer take payment of Subs by Personal Cheques as the Club now gets charged to pay them in.

History of the HARS Club
HARS was formed in the mid 1980's and amalgamated with the Local Repeater Group for GB3OV meeting in local Pubs and later in 1988 at the Medway Centre in Huntingdon, Cambs.
For the four years up until 2015 the Club regularly met at Hemingford Abbots Golf Club twice a month. Nowadays the Club now meets at the Buckden Village Hall, Buckden, Cambs.
Directions to Buckden Village Hall
From the North including A1, A14 and Huntingdon
Take A1 south (passing through Brampton if from Huntingdon). On reaching the 50 Mph take the left hand slip (third lane) and decelerate to turn left onto Sliver Street in Buckden. (If you miss this turning continue to the roundabout – see from the South). On reaching the end of the road turn left onto Church Street. After 100 yds, pass a small triangular open space on the right where Church Street becomes Mill Road. Continue along Mill Road for 150 yds and turn right onto Vineyard Way. After a further 100 yds turn right onto Burbury Road. The Buckden Village Hall Car Park is at the end of the road. (Note: for the homeward journey, return to Church Street and continue to the end. Turn left onto High Street towards the roundabout on the A1).
From the South and Grafham Water - B661
Turn into Buckden from the A1 roundabout along High Street. After 250 yds, turn right onto Church Street. After 500 yds, pass a small triangular open space on the right where Church Street becomes Mill Road. Continue along Mill Road for 150 yds and turn right onto Vineyard Way. After a further 100 yds turn right onto Burbury Road. The car park to Buckden Village Hall is at the end of the road.
From the East - The Offord's
Proceed along Mill Road. On reaching Buckden, take the second left onto Vinyard Way. After a further 100 yds turn right onto Burbury Road. The Buckden Village Hall Car Park is at the end of the road.
