Ofcom - Important Message About Your Radio Licence
18 May 2021 - Ofcom have updated their web page http://ofcom.org.uk/emf stating their final decision on EMF. Detailing the changes to licence condition:

RSGB are updating their advice so keep checking over the next few days www.rsgb.org/emf and will publish updated guidance on that page and will be updating our calculator in line with the Ofcom calculator changes.
*** The RSGB will release a series of Pre-assessed Configurations (PAC) which, if required, amateurs may choose to use to assist with the new EMF regulation
PAC-1 covers half-wave dipoles on the bands from 1.8 to 7.0 MHz (160m to 40m). << (click)

RSGB Direct-to-Full Consultation 2021
The RSGB's Examinations Standards Committee has launched a consultation to a new, "Direct to Full" licence exam. It would run in parallel with the existing three-tier system. The RSGB is encouraging everyone to take part and give their views. Hundreds of people have done so already so do give your feed back before the consultation closes on Sunday 14th March. The background to the consultation, as well as links to the proposed syllabus and the survery are on the RSGB Website:
