GB3OV Repeater upgrade

During the Spring months of 2024 a Team of members headed by Richard MØOFF took on the role of upgrading the Repeater Site to encompass a new mast, 70cms antenna, Coax, Duplexer, back up power supply, new repeater equipment suite and 19" rack enclosure to put it all in.
​The old repeater was decommissioned with the new GB3OV Repeater being commissioned on morning of Sunday 30 June 24. The upgrade encompassed a change to a wide split for the Tx and Rx frequencies and a swap over of Plus/Minus, the CTCSS remained the same at 94.8Hz.
